Lallas Law Office is located on the second floor of the building.
To enter the building, please use the same front entrance used for Maine Title Services. Please do not use or go up any ramps, as they will not lead you to the correct entrance.
Once you enter through the front door, you will see the Maine Title Services office directly in front of you. You will also see a staircase slightly to the right. Please go up those stairs to the second floor, where my office is located.
There is both a front parking lot and a back parking lot available for parking. If you park in the front parking lot, you will be closest to the entrance.
TO Portland District Court
From 361 U.S. Route 1, Falmouth, Maine, head south on U.S. Route 1 toward Portland.
Continue on U.S. Route 1 South for approximately 4.5 miles.
Merge onto I-295 South toward Portland.
Take Exit 7 for Franklin Street/ME-77 toward U.S. Route 1A.
Keep right at the end of the ramp and merge onto Franklin Street.
Continue on Franklin Street for approximately 0.4 miles.
Turn right onto Congress Street.
Turn left onto Newbury Street.
The Portland District Court will be on your right at 205 Newbury Street, Portland, Maine.
Estimated drive time is approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic.
There is hourly street parking available around the perimeter of the courthouse. There is also a parking garage at the Cumberland County Parking Garage located at 192 Newbury Street, Portland, Maine. That garage is often full, however, so you should not rely on garage availability.
TO York Judicial Center
From 361 U.S. Route 1, Falmouth, Maine, head south on U.S. Route 1 toward Portland.
Merge onto I-295 South toward Portland.
Continue onto I-95 South/Maine Turnpike toward Portsmouth.
Take Exit 32 toward Biddeford.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route 111/Alfred Street.
Continue for approximately 1.5 miles.
Turn right onto Elm Street.
The York Judicial Center will be on your left at 515 Elm Street, Biddeford, Maine.
There is a parking lot available at the courthouse for visitors and court users.

TO West Bath District Court
From 361 U.S. Route 1, Falmouth, Maine, head north on U.S. Route 1 toward Yarmouth.
Merge onto I-295 North toward Augusta.
Continue on I-295 North for approximately 23 miles.
Take Exit 28 toward Bath/Brunswick Coastal Route 1.
Merge onto U.S. Route 1 North.
Continue for approximately 10 miles.
Take the exit toward ME-127/Arrowsic/West Bath.
Turn left onto New Meadows Road/ME-127.
Continue on New Meadows Road for approximately 1 mile.
The West Bath District Court will be on your right at 101 New Meadows Road, West Bath, Maine.
There is a parking lot available at the courthouse for visitors and court users.
